60 Minute Personal Training Session Each Week
We will prioritise strength training at my well equiped studio gym. During these face-to-face sessions I'll help you to perfect your form and master more complex lifts as you progress.
Personalised Training Programme
Your custom training programme is delivered via our dedicated coaching app. It's designed entirely around the goals and equipment you have available to you, whether you choose to train at home or in a gym.
Weekly Accountability Review
Every week, you'll complete a detailed check-in covering your nutrition, lifestyle targets, and overall progress. I will then provide specific, actionable feedback and precise adjustments to your plan, ensuring optimal adherence and performance for the week ahead.
WhatsApp Support
Stay on track between sessions with unlimited WhatsApp support. I'll be right there to help you maintain focus, provide the motivation to push through tough days, and quickly answer any nutrition or training questions that pop up.
Premium Coaching

Achieving lasting results takes time, not quick fixes. Therefore, to ensure measurable progress and the development of sustainable habits, a minimum commitment of 3 months is required for this programme. Additional face to face PT sessions are also available at a discounted rate of £25 per hour.
